Midi Out Channel and Lock
You can set midi out channel here.
Turn on lock icon, out channel will be locked.
If out channel is locked, it will not be changed when you change preset.
MenuBox Mouse Wheel Change
Now this type of menu box can be changed its value with mouse wheel.
